3. From the PCCF & HOFF , A.P. Guntur , Lr.Ref . No.701 / 2014/ HR - 1 ( i ) , dated 20.09.2022 .
ORDER:
In the G.O. 1st read above , twenty three ( 23 ) supernumerary posts of Forest Range Officer were created so as to draw the pay and allowances of the newly recruited Forest Range Officers vide Notification No.10/ 2018 for a period of 18 months till completion of Induction Training period , subject to condition that these posts will be ceased after completion of their training and allotment to substantive posts / regular posts in the State .
2. In the G.O. 2nd read above , Administrative Sanction Order was also issued for an amount of Rs.69,00,000/ - ( Rupees Sixty Nine Lakh only ) as additional funds during the Financial Year 2021-22 towards training expenses to the 23 Forest Range Officers .
3. Inthe letter 3rd read above , the PCCF & HoFF , A.P. has requested for extension of ( 1 ) supernumerary post until completion of the training of Smt . U. Siva Ranjani , newly recruited FRO and to sanction an amount of Rs.14,88,296/ - ( Rupees Fourteen Lakh Eighty Eight Thousand Two Hundred and Ninety Six only) besides authorizing the Accounts Officer- II / DDO , Office of the PCCF & HoFF , A.P. to draw and disburse the said training expenses to the concerned institute and pay and allowances to the above trainee .
4. After careful examination of the matter , the Government hereby extend one ( 1) supernumerary post sanctioned in G.O. 1st read above until completion of the training of Smt . Uttarakavatam Sivaranjani , Forest Range Officer at Chandrapur Forest Academy , Administration , Development & Management , Chandrapur , State of Maharastra .
5. The Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF , Andhra Pradesh , Mangalagiri is requested to utilise the existing available budget for sanction of training expenses and take further action in the matter accordingly.
