ORDER :
an In the G.O.1st read above , Government have accorded administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.5800.00 crores towards establishment of ( 12 ) new Medical Colleges in the State which includes establishment of new Government Medical College at Anakapalli in Visakhapatnam District.
2) In the G.O.3rd read above , Government have accorded modified administrative sanction for establishment of Government Medical College at Narsipatnam in Anakapalli District for Rs . 500.00 Crores in place of Anakapalli in Visakhapatnam District .
3 ) In the U.O. Note 4th read above , the Finance Department has informed that the NABARD has sanctioned the project for construction of Hospital and Nursing College at Narsipatnam in Anakapalli District with total project cost of Rs.27500.00 lakhs . Accordingly , the Finance Department has requested to issue Rollover order under GSH ( 07 ) for the project sanctioned by NABARD under RIDF tranche - XXVIII ( 2022-23 ) .
4) The Government after careful consideration of the matter , hereby order to Rollover the works from GSH - 11 ( SDP ) to GSH- ( 07 ) ( RIDF ) in respect of construction of Hospital and Nursing College at Narsipatnam in Anakapalli District under the following HoAs :
(i ) 4210-03-105-07 ( RIDF ) - ( 33 ) Establishment of New Medical College along with Hospital in plain areas -520-521
(ii ) 4210-03-105-07 ( RIDF ) - ( 33 ) Establishment of New Medical College along with Hospital in plain areas -530-531
5) The work wise details are in the Annexure appended to this order .
6) The Director of Medical Education , AP , Vijayawada / Managing Director , APMSIDC , Mangalagiri shall take further action accordingly .
7) This order issues with the concurrence of Finance ( PMU - NABARD & SP ) Department vide their U.O.No.FIN01 - PMUONABM ( CFA ) / 38 / 2021 - NSP (Computer No.1530913 ) Dated : 03.03.2023 .
