From the Registrar (Recruitment), FAC Registrar (Vigilance), Lr.No.813/2020- Vigilance Cell, dated 02.12.2020.

ORDER:

In the reference read above, the Registrar (Vigilance), has requested to accord necessary sanction to the Principal District Judge, Chittoor, under Rule 9 of A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980, for initiating disciplinary proceedings against Sri.N.Singaraiah, Senior Assistant, has committed irregularity while working in the Court of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Madanapalle, as Junior Assistant, in not submitted the records in 11 (eleven) Preliminary Registered Cases, after rectifying the defects, pointed out by the Hon'ble District and I Additional Sessions Courts, Chittoor and retired from service on 31.05.2019.

2. Government after carefully examining the matter, here by accord permission under Rule 9 (2) (b) of the A.P. Revised Pension Rules 1980 to initiate disciplinary action against Sri N.Singaraiah, Senior Assistant (Retired), Senior Civil Judge's Court, Punganur. 3. The Registrar (Recruitment), FAC Registrar (Vigilance), High Court of Andhra Pradesh, shall take further necessary action in the matter.
