In the reference first read above , the District Collector , Kakinada has submitted the proposals for sanction of ex - gratia , Rs . 12,00,000 @ Rs 4,00,000 each to 3 deaths dueto thunderbolt on 17.08.2022 in different mandals of Kakinada District .
2. In the reference second read above , Finance Department issued BRO for an amount of 20,00,000/- ( Rupees Twenty lakhs only ) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y 2022-23 towards ex- gratia to the next kins of deceased persons who died due to thunderbolt in Kakinada and Kurnool Districts .
3. After consideration of the proposals of the District Collector, Kakinada , Government hereby sanction for an amount of Rs.Rs. 12,00,000 @ Rs 4,00,000 each to the next kins of 3 deceased persons died due to thunderbolt on 17.08.2022 in differentmandals of Kakinada District as follows:

5. TheDistrict Collector , Kakinada is requested to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para (3 ) above to the legal heirs of the 3 deceased persons by the way of DBT system and to furnish the Consolidated Utilization Certificates duly verified by the Andhra Pradesh State Audit to Revenue ( DM - Accounts ) Department for the amount released till now.
6. Thisorder issues with reference to the BRO issued by the Finance ( FMU- REV) Department in the reference second read above .
