ORDER :
Government after careful examination hereby transfer Smt.K.Sarala Kumari , Head Nurse , Government General Hospital , Kakinada to Government General Hospital , Rajamahendravaram in the existing vacancy, in relaxation of ban on Transfers , subject to condition that the individual is not eligible for T.T.A/ D.A and joining time.
( PTO) 2. The Director of Public Health & Family Welfare , A.P. , Vijayawada shall take further action in the matter accordingly.
