In the reference 2nd read above , the Government has issued orders reorganizing existing ( 257 ) ICDS Projects , so that the entire project comes within the boundary of the new districts formed , to ensure ease of Administration , Monitoring and effective service delivery . Consequent to this , the number of projects in each Zone and Multi- Zone have changed .
2. Consequent to this , the Director , Women Development and Child Welfare , Govt . , of Andhra Pradesh , vide reference 3rd read above , while enclosing the list , requested for redistribution of posts in the cadre of Child Development Project Officer / Addl . Child Development Project Officer / Women and Child Welfare Officer and Manger Regional Ware House [ 1st level Gazetted ] in Directorate unit , Regional Head Quarters , Regional and District Offices and reorganized ( 257 ) ICDS Projects has requested to accord permission for redistribution of posts as per the Annexure enclosed to cope up with day to day work in the respective Offices for smooth administration and effective service delivery in field .
3. Keeping in view of the above and after careful examination in the matter , the Government hereby accept the proposals for redistribution of posts in the cadre of Child Development Project Officer / Addl . Child Development Project Officer / Women and Child Welfare Officer and Manger , Regional Ware House [ 1st level Gazetted ] as enclosed in the Annexure .
4. TheDirector of Women Development and Child Welfare , Andhra Pradesh , Guntur is requested to circulate the Annexure to relating to Head Office , Regional Offices , District Offices and send the same to the DTA / PAO concerned for allowing the bills .

5. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts / Pay and Accounts Officer concerned are requested to facilitate the functioning of the modified projects honour the bills as Annexure furnished by the Director of Women Development and Child Welfare , Andhra Pradesh .
6. This order is issued with the concurrence of Finance Department vide U.O.No.HROPDPP ( OCE ) / 51 / 2023 ( Computer No.2005891 ) , dated : 6th March , 2023 .
