ORDER :
In the circumstances reported by the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare , A.P , Vijayawada in the reference 2nd read above , Government after careful examination hereby ordered Mutual transfer of Smt.Ch.Suman Latha , Staff Nurse , Government General Hospital , Srikakulam and Smt.J.Tulasi kumari , Staff Nurse , King George Hospital , 2
Visakhapatnam on mutual basis , in relaxation of ban on Transfers , subject to condition that the individuals are not eligible for T.T.A/ D.A and Joining Time.
2. The Director of Public Health & Family Welfare , A.P , Vijayawada shall take further action in the matter accordingly .
3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance ( HR.I - Plg .& Policy ) Department vide their U.O.No.FIN01 - HROPDPP ( TRPO ) / 62 / 2023 (Computer No : 2024244 ) , Dated.17.03.2023 .
