In the circumstances reported by the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare , A.P , Vijayawada in the reference 2nd read above , Government after careful examination 2
hereby transfer Smt.A.Rani , Head Nurse , Regional Eye Hospital , Kurnool to Government Maternity Hospital , Tirupati , on medical grounds in relaxation of ban on Transfers , Subject to condition that the individual is not eligible for T.T.A/D.A and Joining Time.
2. The Director of Public Health & Family Welfare , A.P , Vijayawada shall take further action in the matter accordingly.
