ORDER:
In the G.O first read above , orders have been issued for constitution of new Agricultural Market Committee , Tadepalligudem , West Godavari District for a period of one year as per Section 6( 1 ) and also sub - sections ( 1 ) & ( 2 ) of Section 5 of Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce and Livestock ) Markets Act , 1966. In the G.O. second read above , the term of the above Agricultural Market Committee has been extended for a period of six months with the existing Members under section 6 ( 2 ) of Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce & Livestock ) Markets Act , 1966 .
2. In continuation of G.O second read above and after examining the proposal of the C&DoAM third read above , Government hereby extend the term of Agricultural Market Committee , Tadepalligudem , West Godavari District for a further period of six months w.e.f.19.11.2022 under section 6 (2 ) of Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce & Livestock ) Markets Act , 1966 .
3 . TheCommissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing , A.P , Guntur shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly .
