Revenue( DM) Department - Natural Calamities - Thunderbolt death - Guntur District Ponugupadu Village , Phirangipuram Mandal Smt. Komatineni Prameela W/ o Rattaiah died on 05.08.2022 due to fall of thunderbolt Sanction of Ex - gratia @ Rs.4.00 Lakhs ( Rupees Four Lakhs only ) under SDRF norms to Sri.Komatineni Rattaiah , Husband of the deceased - Administrative Sanction Orders - issued .

ORDER : -
Inthe reference 1st read above , the District Collector, Srikakulam , while forwarding the proposal received from the Revenue Divisional Officer, Guntur has recommended for sanction of ex - gratia of Rs.4.00 Lakhs ( Rupees Four Lakhs only) under SDRF norms to Sri . Komatineni Rattaiah as his wife Smt. Komatineni Prameela died due to fall of thunderbolt on 05.08.2022 at 4.00 PM .
2. Inthe reference 2nd read above , the Finance Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.4.00 Lakhs ( Rupees Four Lakhs only) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y 2022-23 towards sanction of ex - gratia to Sri . Komatineni Rattaiah as his wife Smt . Komatineni Prameela died due to fall of thunderbolt on 05.08.2022 at 4.00 PM .
3. After consideration of the proposal of the District Collector, Guntur, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.4.00 Lakhs towards payment of ex- gratia under SDRF norms to Sri.Komatineni Rattaiah as his wife Smt . Komatineni Prameela died due to fall of thunderbolt on 05.08.2022 at 4.00 PM .
4. The amount sanctioned at para- ( 3) above shall be debited to the following Head of Account:

5. TheDistrict Collector, Guntur District is requested to draw and disburse theamount sanctioned in para- ( 3 ) above to Sri . Komatineni Rattaiah the legal heirs/ family members of the deceased by the way of DBT system and to furnish the Consolidated Utilization Certificate duly verified by the Andhra Pradesh State Audit to Revenue ( DM -Accounts ) Department for the amount released till now .
(PTO) 6. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department (vide C.No.1884402 ,Dt : 10/03/2023 ) .
