ORDER : -
In the reference 3rd read above , the Government sanctioned an amount of Rs.29,87,24,600/ - towards financial assistance to the victims whose houses are damaged due to Godavari Floods , July 2022 in DR.B.R.Ambedkar Konaseema , West Godavari , Eluru and Alluri Sitharamaraju Districts .
2. In the references 4th and 5th read above , the District Collector , Eluru requested an amount of Rs . 11,66,69,100/- towards financial assistance to the damaged houses during Godavari Floods , July , 2022 in Eluru District .
3 Inthe reference 6th read above, the Finance Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs . 11,66,70,000/ - ( Rupees Eleven Crore Sixty six lakh seventythousand only) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders and pending adjustment of funds in overall savings during the C.F.Y 2022-23 towards financial assistance to the damaged houses during Godavari Floods , July, 2022 in Eluru District under SDRF norms .
4. After Consideration of the proposals from the District Collector, Eluru , the Government hereby accord administrative sanction to an amount of Rs . 11,66,69,100/- (RupeesEleven Crore Sixty six lakh Sixty nine thousand one hundred only) towards financial assistance to the damaged houses during Godavari Floods , July , 2022 in Eluru District under SDRF norms .

6. TheDistrict Collector, Eluru is requested to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para ( 4) above to the all beneficiaries by the way of DBT system and to furnish the Consolidated Utilization Certificates duly verified by the Andhra Pradesh State Audit to Revenue ( DM -Accounts ) Department for the amount released.
7 . This order issued with reference to the BRO issued by the Finance Department inthe reference 6th read above .
