G.Mangamma , Assistant Conservator of Forests ( RS ) , Office of the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF , Andhra Pradesh , Mangalagiri presently working as Assistant Conservator of Forests , IGZP , Visakhapatnam on OD basis - Permission to visit Bangkok , Thailand on private affairs Accorded .

Read : - From the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF , Andhra Pradesh , Mangalagiri , Lr.Rc.no.1475/2023/ Admn.2 , dated 23.02.2023 .
ORDER : -
Inthe circumstances reported by the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF , Andhra Pradesh , Mangalagiri in the letter read above , Government after careful examination of the proposal , hereby accord permission to Smt. G.Mangamma , Assistant Conservator of Forests ( RS) , Office of the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF , Andhra Pradesh , Mangalagiri presently working as Assistant Conservator of Forests , IGZP , Visakhapatnam on OD basis and authorize the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF, Andhra Pradesh , Mangalagiri for sanction of Ex . India Earned Leave to the individual for her visit to Bangkok , Thailand on private affairs for ( 07 ) days i.e. , from 01.03.2023 to 07.03.2023 suffixing public holiday on 08.03.2023 , subject to the following conditions : -
1) that the expenditure for the purpose will be borne by the individual herself.
2) that no extension of No Objection Certificate shall be granted under any circumstances .
3) that she should not undertake any assignment/job abroad during the period of her visit .
4) that failure to join duty immediately on the expiry of the leave period renders her liable for disciplinary action . If she does not return within the time , she shall be removed from service .
5) that she should furnish her local leave address . Further serving of any notice to the leave address and it will be deemed as served on the officer . The officer will make adequate arrangements in her absence to authorize an appropriate person at the leave address to receive all letters and make arrangements to have these communicated to her through any channel of communication .
6) She should not accept any hospitality from anyone except close family members/ relatives during this period .
( Ρ.Τ.Ο) 2. The Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF , Andhra Pradesh , Mangalagiri shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly.
