In the circumstances reported by the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare , A.P, Vijayawada in the reference 2nd read above , Government after careful examination hereby transfer Smt.Y.Prameela Rani , Head Nurse , SVRR Government General Hospital , Tirupati and Smt. R.Geetha , Head Nurse , Government General Hospital , Kadapa of YSR District on mutual basis , in relaxation of ban on Transfers , 2
subject to condition that the individuals are not eligible for T.T.A/D.A and Joining Time.
2. The Director of Public Health & Family Welfare , A.P , Vijayawada shall take further action in the matter accordingly.
