ORDER :
In the circumstances reported by the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare, A.P , Vijayawada in the reference 2nd read above , Government after careful examination hereby transfer Smt.M.Mangamma, Head Nurse , Regional Eye Hospital , Kurnool District and Smt . D. Visalakshi , Head Nurse , Government General Hospital , Ananthapuramu vice - versa , on mutual basis , in relaxation of ban on Transfers , subject to condition that the individuals are not eligible for T.T.A/D.A and Joining Time.

2. The Director of Public Health & Family Welfare , A.P , Vijayawada shall take further action in the matter accordingly.
3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance ( HR.I - Plg . & Policy) Department vide their U.O.No.HROPDPP (TRPO) /75 /2023 ( Computer No.2031805), Dated.27.03.2023 .
