ORDER : -
In the reference 1st to 7th read above , the Government have accorded administrative sanction for an amount Rs.247,17,50,000 /- ( Rupees Two hundred and Forty Seven crore Seventeen lakh Fifty thousand only ) towards payment of ex -gratia to the next kin of the deceased with Covid-19.
2. In the reference 8th read above , the Finance Department has issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs . 1,86,00,000/- ( Rupees One crore Eighty Six lakh only) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y 2022-23 towards ex - gratia payments to the next kin of the deceased due to COVID -19 .
3. After careful examination of the matter , Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs . 1,86,00,000/- ( Rupees One crore Eighty Six lakh only) to the District Collectors in the state towards payment of ex - gratia to the next kinof deceased person with Covid -19 @ Rs.50,000/- ( Rupees Fifty Thousand only) .
4. The amount sanctioned at para ( 3) above is distributed among the District Collectors as follows:

6. All theDistrict Collectors shall submit the status report regarding releases /claims /requirement of funds every month to the Revenue (DM ) Department through HM & FW /MD , APSDMA .
7. All the District Collectors are requested to furnish Utilization Certificates to this department duly verified by the audit authorities of the State Audit to Revenue (DM- Accounts) Department.
8. This order issues with reference to the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance ( FMU - REV) Department vide reference 8th read above .
