ORDER :
In the circumstances reported by the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare , A.P , Vijayawada in the 6reference 2nd read above , Government after careful examination hereby ordered transfer of Smt.K.Lakshmi , Staf Nurse , Government General Hospital , Vijayawada and Smt . Ch . Bhargavi , Staf Nurse , Government General Hospital , Kakinada on mutual basis , on medical grounds , in relaxation of ban on Transfers , subject to condition that the individuals are not eligible for T.T.A/ D.A and Joining Time.

2. The Director of Public Health & Family Welfare , A.P , Vijayawada shall take further action in the matter accordingly.
3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance ( HR.I - Plg . & Policy) Department vide their U.O.No.HROPDPP ( TRPO) /77 / 2023 ( Computer No.2032940 ), Dated.28.03.2023 .
