ORDER: -
In the circumstances reported by the Joint Director ( FAC ) , Dept. , of JW , CS & WSC , Govt . of Andhra Pradesh in the references read above and after careful examination of the entire matter , Government hereby accord sanction for net admissible amount of Rs.1,80,000/ - ( Rupees One Lakh and Eighty Thousand Only ) ( i.e. after imposing 10 % cut on admissible amount of Rs.2,00,000 / - on account of treatment taken in an Unrecognized Hospital ) for reimbursement of medical expenses to Sri P.V.Amarnath ( Retd . , ) Dist . , Probation Officer , Gr - I , Ananthapuramu Dist . , for his treatment for " BOWEL CARCINOID TUMOUR " from 5.09.2019 to 22.12.2020 at "Spandana Oncology Center Pvt . , Ltd. , Bangalore ( unrecognized Hospital ) , in relaxation of APIMA Rules 1972 .
2 . The Joint Director ( FAC ) , Dept. , of JW , CS & WSC , Govt . of Andhra Pradesh shall take necessary action accordingly in the matter .
3 . This order is issued with the concurrence of Finance ( FMU - HM & FW ) Department vide their U.O.No.FMUOPC ( HMF1 ) / 355 / 2022 ( Computer No.1929897 ) .
