ORDER :
In the circumstances reported by the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare , A.P , Vijayawada in the reference 2nd read above , Government after careful examination hereby order for mutual transfer of Smt . M.Gajalakshmi , Head Nurse, Government General Hospital , Kadapa , YSR District and Smt . R. Vijaya , Head Nurse , SVRR Government General Hospital , Tirupati , Tirupati District vice- versa , in 2
relaxation of ban on Transfers , subject to condition that the individuals are not eligible for T.T.A/D.A and Joining Time .
2. The Director of Public Health & Family Welfare , A.P , Vijayawada shall take further action in the matter accordingly.
3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance ( HR.I - Plg . & Policy) Department vide their U.O.No. HROPDPP ( TRPO )/ 68 / 2023, Dated.03.04.2023 .
