Read the following : - Note of the Director , WD & CW , Govt . , of A.P. in the E - File bearing Computer No.868298/ 2019 .
ORDER: -
In the circumstances reported by the Director , Women Development & Child Welfare , Government of Andhra Pradesh in the reference read above and after careful examination of the proposal , Government hereby accord permission to the Director Women Development & Child Welfare , Government of Andhra Pradesh to set up new District Child Protection Units ( DCPUs ) , Specialized Adoption Agencies ( SAAs ) , Child Welfare Committees ( CWCs ) , Juvenile Justice Boards (JJBs ) in the 13 newly created districts and 1 Children Home at Parvathipuram and Government hereby create and sanction 423 posts ( 311 posts on contractual , 15 Posts on part time basis and 97 Posts on Out Sourcing basis ) under A.P. Society for Protection & Empowerment of Women and Children and for drawl of remuneration in the State of Andhra Pradesh as per Mission Vatsalya Guidelines . These posts would be abolished as and when the scheme is abolished by the Government of India . Further, as these posts are project based temporary in nature under centrally sponsored scheme and coterminous with scheme, the Director , Women Development & Child Welfare , Government of Andhra Pradesh is advised to formulate terms and conditions in such a manner that they do not have any claim for regularization and increase in their remuneration . The list of sanctioned posts is annexed .
2. The Director, Women Development & Child Welfare Department , Government of Andhra Pradesh shall take necessary action accordingly in the matter .
3 . This order is issued with the concurrence of Finance ( HR - II ) Department vide their Finance U.O.No.1983209 / HR - II / FIN01 - HROPDPP ( RRD ) / 52 / 2023 , dated : 28.02.2023.
