PART I - NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT , HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS AND OTHER OFFICERS
ORDER:
The MANOTIFICATIONS BYPGOVERNMENTconsent to bear an amount of Rs.30,53,88,720/- from the PADA funds for acquisition of land for development of MIG Project to an extent of Acs.82.95 Cts . , at Ahobilapuram Village , Pulivendula Mandal for Middle - Income Group ( MIG ) layouts under Jagananna Smart Townships on reimbursement basis from proceeds of the sale of the plots.
2. TheDistrict Collector & Chairman , PADA , Pulivendula , YSR District has requested to accord permission to bear an amount of Rs.30,53,88,720/ - from PADA funds for acquisition of lands for development of MIG Project to an extent of Acres 82.95 Cts . , in survey No : 11/ 3,12,14,26,27 & 28 of Ahobilapuram village, Pulivendula Mandal for Middile Income Group ( MIG ) layouts under Jagananna Smart Townships from the head of Account: 5475- 00-115-11-13-530-532 on reimbursement basis from proceeds of the sale of the plots .
3. Government vide reference 1st read above , have accorded administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.90,00,00,000/- ( Rupees Ninety Crores only ) as Additional funds towards Land Acquisition in Pulivendula Town under HoA " 5475-00-115-11-13-530-532 " in the current financial year 2022-23 for taking up development of Main Roads and Service Road along with the Ring Road under Model Town Project .
4. After examination of the proposal , Government is hereby accord permission to the District Collector & Chairman , PADA, Pulivendula , YSR District to meet an amount of Rs.30,53,88,720/- ( Rupees Thirty Crores Fifty Three Lakhs Eighty Eight Thousand Seven hundred and Twenty only) for acquisition of lands for development of MIG Project to an extent of Acs . 82.95 Cts . , in Sy.No.11/3 , 12,14,26,27 & 28 of Ahobilapuram Village , Pulivendula Mandal for Middle -Income Group (MIG ) layouts under Jagananna Smart Townships from the head of Account : 5475-00-115-11-13-530-532 on reimbursement basis by MA & UD Department from proceeds of the sale of the plots .
5. The MA & UD Department is requested to reimburse the amount after sale of the plots mentioned at para ( 4) above .
