ORDER :
PART I - NOTIFICATIONS BY GOXERNMENT. HEARS DE REBARTMENTS for an amount of Rs.90,00,AMOOTHERSFIGERSres only) as additional funds towards Land Acquisition in Pulivendula Town under HoA " 5475-00-115-11-13-530-532 " in the currentNIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENTs and Service Road along with the Ring Road under Model Town Project .
2. Government vide G.O. 2nd read above , have accorded Administrative Sanction for Rs.67.39 Cr for development of Garudala River Project ( Package 1,2 &3) under Integrated Infrastructure Development of Pulivendula as Model Town and entrusted the work to Minor Irrigation Department .
3. TheDistrict Collector & Chairman , PADA , Pulivendula , YSR District in the reference 3rd read above , have requested the Government to accord permission to meet the Land Acquisition amount required for acquisition of lands to an extent of 5.1725 Acres for development and give aesthetic look to the Garudala River Project , Pulivendula from the Model Town project Land Acquisition Head of Account : 5475-00-115-11-13-530-532 within the allotted budget of Rs.90.00 Cr for the financial year 2022-23.
4. After examination of the proposal , Government hereby accord permission to the District Collector & Chairman , PADA, Pulivendula , YSR District to meet the Land Acquisition amount required for acquisition of lands for development and give aesthetic look to the Garudala River Project , Pulivendula from the Model Town project Land Acquisition Head of Account : 5475-00-115-11-13-530-532 within the allotted budget of Rs.90.00 Cr for the financial year 2022-23 .
5. TheDistrict Collector & Chairman , PADA , YSR District shall take necessary action in thematter .
