ORDER :
In the circumstances reported by the Registrar ( FAC ) , Dr. YSR University of Health Sciences , Vijayawada in the reference 2nd read above and based on the recommendations of the Standing Committee in the reference 3rd read above , Government after examination , hereby sanction an amount of Rs . 80,000 / - (Rupees Eighty thousand Rupees only) to Sri V.V. Subba Rao , Joint Registrar (Academic ) , Dr. YSR University of Health Sciences , Vijayawada towards reimbursement of medical expenditure incurred for his daughter's treatment for " HIGH MYOPIA BOTH EYES " during the period from 18-05-2019 to 25-05-2019 , at Chaitanya Eye Hospital , Vijayawada , which is an recognized hospital , in relaxation of APIMA Rules , 1972 issued in the reference 1st cited .
2. The expenditure sanctioned at para ( 1 ) above shall be debited to the relevant Head of Account .
3. The original medical bills are returned herewith to the Registrar , Dr. YSR University of Health Sciences , Vijayawada for taking necessary action in the matter .
