ANIMAL HUSBANDRY DAIRY DEVELOPMENT AND FISHERIES (AH-II) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No.85 Dated: 17-04-2023. Read the following:

1. G.O.Ms.No.687, G.A.(Ser.A) Department, Dt:03/10/1997 2. Circular Memo.No.60681/Ser.A/2003-1, Dt: 12/08/2003 3. From the Director, Animal Husbandry, A.P, Lr.No.AHF02-52021/20/2020- EST(B-V)-DAH, Dated:11.01.2023.

ORDER:

In the reference 3rd read above, the Director of Animal Husbandry, A.P, Vijayawada among other things has requested the Government to provide compassionate appointment to Smt.B.Durga Bhavani, 3rd married daughter of Smt. K.Papa, W/o Late K.Nagaraju, Office Subordinate, Area Veterinary Hospital, Samalkota, Kakinada District (Erstwhile East Godavari District) as Office Subordinate, duly condoning the delay of approximately 5 years and 5 months in submission of representation for compassionate appointment i.e., she has applied for appointment after 5 years 5 months of the demise of his father in relaxation of rules.

2. Government after examination, hereby decide and permit the Director of Animal Husbandry, A.P, Vijayawada for providing compassionate appointment to Smt.B.Durga Bhavani, 3rd married daughter of Smt. K.Papa, W/o Late K.Nagaraju Office Subordinate, Area Veterinary Hospital, Samalkota, Kakinada District (Erstwhile East Godavari District) on sympathetic and humanitarian grounds, in suitable post as per her eligibility in relaxation of relevant rules issued vide G.O.Ms.No.687,G.A.(Ser.A) Dept,Dt:03/10/1997 and Govt., Circular Memo. No. 60681/Ser.A/2003-1,Dt:12/08/2003 under the scheme of compassionate appointment, as a special case, duly, condoning the delay of 5 years 5 months in submission of representation by the individual.

3. The Director of Animal Husbandry, Andhra Pradesh shall take further necessary action in the matter as per rules and guidelines issued by the Government from time to time and shall not quote this as a precedent in future.
