APCRDA – Cadastral Correction in R.S.no.283/1 to 5 and R.S.No. 284 of Kondapalli Village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal in Kondapalli ZONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN notified vide G.O.Ms No. 678 MA, dt. 29-12-2006

Kondapalli Zonal Development Plan notified vide G.O.Ms No. 678 MA, dt. 29- 12-2006. Request Letter from Tahsildar, Ibrahimpatnam mandal along with certified RSR copies, FMB sketches and village map requesting to rectify the error by deleting the topo details of burial ground in R.S No. 283 and mark the same in R.S No: 284/2 in Kondapalli zonal development plan was approved by Executive Committee of APCRDA on 25/01/2023 vide resolution no.188/2023- 2.

After approval of the above said cadastral data correction notice was published in Sakshi Telugu daily news paper and The New Indian Express English daily news paper on 18/02/2023 and the objections, Suggestions will be received by APCRDA within fifteen days from the date of publication in AP Gazette i.e.,04/03/2023.

No Objections/ Suggestions were received during the above said period.

Hence, notice is hereby given that Cadastral correction made to the Kondapalli Zonal Development Plan approved vide G.O.Ms.No. 678 MA, dt. 29-12-2006 as said above are notified under section 41(4) of APCRDA Act, 2014. The modifications shall come into operation from the date of publication of this gazette notification and as appended.

APPENDIX

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 41(4), 17(2) of APCRDA Act, 2014 (Andhra Pradesh Act No.11 of 2014), G.O.Ms No.95 MA & UD (CRDA-2), Dt.23/4/2016 the APCRDA and as per the AP Gazette Extraordinary No.387 dt.04/07/2017, hereby makes the following Cadastral correction to the Kondapalli Zonal Development Plan approved vide G.O.Ms.No. 678 MA, dt. 29- 12-2006 and as required under section 41(3) of the said Act. Paper notice was published on 18.02.2023.

VARIATION

Variation to the notified Kondapalli ZDP Plan and modified plan on the basis of latest available village cadastral map, base map / Geo- referenced map and as per the ground position as given below:

Due to shift in cadastral data, the land use in Survey number 283, 284 are affected. The Grave yard which is shown in the Survey number 283 as per Kondapalli ZDP is rectified as per ground position and corrected to Survey number 284. The details of the Land use affected by this cadastral correction are detailed below and the map showing the same is attached.
