APCRDA – Cadastral Correction in R.S.No.106/2A1(P), 106/2A2 of Kondapalle Municipality, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, NTR District in Kondapalli ZONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN notified vide G.O.Ms No. 678 MA, dt. 29-12- 2006

Sajjan Kumar Maan has applied for change of land use from Residential Land Use to Commercial Land Use, on examination of the request; this office has observed that there is a shift in the cadastral data.
The cadastral correction committee has examined the same and recommended for the cadastral correction. Same was placed in the Executive Committee of APCRDA on 25/01/2023 for approval and the same was approved vide resolution no.188/2023-1.
After approval of the above said cadastral data correction notice was published in Sakshi Telugu daily news paper and The New Indian Express English daily news paper on 18/02/2023 and the objections, Suggestions will be received by APCRDA within fifteen days from the date of publication in AP Gazette i.e.,04/03/2023.
No Objections/ Suggestions were received during the above said period.
Hence, notice is hereby given that Cadastral correction made to the Kondapalli Zonal Development Plan approved vide G.O.Ms.No. 678 MA, dt. 29-12-2006 as said above are notified under section 41(4) of APCRDA Act, 2014. The modifications shall come into operation from the date of publication of this gazette notification and as appended.
APPENDIX
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 41(4), 17(2) of APCRDA Act, 2014 (Andhra Pradesh Act No.11 of 2014), G.O.Ms No.95 MA & UD (CRDA-2), Dt.23/4/2016 the APCRDA and as per the AP Gazette Extraordinary No.387 dt.04/07/2017, hereby makes the following Cadastral correction to the Kondapalli Zonal Development Plan approved vide G.O.Ms.No. 678 MA, dt. 29-12-2006 and as required under section 41(3) of the said Act. Paper notice was published on 18.02.2023.

Variation to the notified Kondapalli ZDP Plan and modified plan on the basis of latest available village cadastral map, base map / Geo- referenced map and as per the ground position as given below:
