Water Resources Department - "Detailed Investigation, Designs and Construction of Pump House, Associated Civil, Electro Mechanical Works, Electrical Sub Station including installation and laying of MS Pressure Mains, Manifolds, Construction of Delivery Cistern and Canal / Piped System by gravity for Lift Irrigation Scheme at KM 106.800 on Right Side Bank of PIPRMC near Jagannadhapuram (V) in Peddavegi (M) of WG Dist under EPC Turnkey System" for Rs.68,85,00,000/- (Rupees Sixty Eight Crores and Eight Five Lakhs only) - Administrative Approval – Accorded – Orders-Issued.

ORDER:
work of "Detailed Investigation, Designs and Construction of Pump House, Associated Civil, Electro Mechanical Works, Electrical Sub Station including installation and laying of MS Pressure Mains, Manifolds, Construction of Delivery Cistern and Canal / Piped System by gravity for Lift Irrigation Scheme at KM 106.800 on Right Side Bank of PIPRMC near Jagannadhapuram (V) in Peddavegi (M) of WG Dist under EPC Turnkey System" for Rs. 72,18,90,000/-.
3. After careful examination, Government hereby accorded administrative sanction for the work of "Detailed Investigation, Designs and Construction of Pump House, Associated Civil, Electro Mechanical Works, Electrical Sub Station including installation and laying of MS Pressure Mains, Manifolds, Construction of Delivery Cistern and Canal / Piped System by gravity for Lift Irrigation Scheme at KM 106.800 on Right Side Bank of PIPRMC near Jagannadhapuram (V) in Peddavegi (M) of West Godavari Dist under EPC Turnkey System" for Rs. 68,85,00,000/- (Rupees Sixty Eight Crores and Eight Five Lakhs only ) in relaxation of FRBM Norms, subject to the condition that the Chief Engineer, Polavaram Irrigation Project, Dowlaiswaram shall ensure i) correctness of quantities, leads, rates and data proposed in the estimate ii) Designs & drawings shall got approved by the competent authority iii) Supporting details for the proposed LS provisions shall obtained and iv) As LA is involved, Land value certificate from the Revenue department shall obtained.
4. The expenditure is chargeable to the head of account 4700 Capital Outlay on Major Irrigation – 01 – Major Irrigation (Commercial) – MH 120 Polavaram Barrage – GH 11 State Development Schemes – SH – 27 Canals and Distributaries – 530 – Major Works – 531 OE. / 532 LA.
5. The Chief Engineer, Polavaram Irrigation Project shall take necessary action accordingly.
6. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (FMU.WR.II) Department vide their U.O. Note No. FIN01-FMU0MRAS (WR2)/35/2022-FMU-WR- II, dated: 17.12.2022. (Computer No.1689188)
