From the Chief Engineer, Polavaram Irrigation Project, Dowlaiswaram Lr.No. CE /PIP/DCE-1/OT.3/AEE.3/Misc.,/ PRIMAVERA, dated: 08.01.2021 and 14.12.2022.
ORDER:
G.O. Rt. No. 133, Water Resources (Proj I) Dept Dt. 19-4-2021 and also requested to permit the Chief Engineer to call tenders in e-procurement platform. 2. Government after careful examination hereby accord i) Administrative Approval for "Procurement of 5 Nos of PRIMAVERA Licenses, viz., Oracle PRIMAVERA P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM) towards Schedule Preparation, Updating and Monitoring of Polavaram Irrigation Project" for Rs.32, 71,223/- (Rupees Thirty Two Lakhs Seventy One Thousand Two Hundred and Twenty Three only) and permitting the CE to call tenders in e-procurement platform and ii) Ratify the action taken by the Chief Engineer, PIP towards issuing permission for meeting the expenditure from the savings of the provision for QC Operations at 0.5% on working items, amounting to Rs.9,47,88,007/- under Part B of the work for which already, administrative approval accorded vide G.O.Rt.No.133, Water Resources (Proj I) Dept Dt.19.04.2021.
3. The Chief Engineer, Polavaram Irrigation Project is directed to examine the corrections of quantities, rates and data proposed in the estimate before according technical sanction and shall ensure that the proposed expenditure to be reimbursed by the Government of India.
4. The Chief Engineer, Polavaram Irrigation Project shall take necessary action accordingly.
5. This order issue with the concurrence of the Finance (FMU.WR.II) Department, vide their U.O.No. FIN01-FMU0PC (WR3)/9/2021-FMU-WR-III, (Computer. No. 1342682), dated: 11.03.2023.
