ORDER: -
Inthe reference 1st read above , Government have sanctioned seven (7 ) contract posts along with other posts to strengthen the APSDMA and the period of posts were extended from time to time vide references 2nd to 6th read above .
2. Inthe reference 7th read above, Government have permitted the Managing Director , Andhra Pradesh state Disaster Management Authority to continue the contract services of (7 ) contract employees working in APSDMA upto 31.03.2023.
3. Inthe reference 8th read above , the Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh State Disaster Management Authority has requested for further continuation of Seven (7) posts (contract Employees for GIS , Communication and Documentation , Capacity Building Officer, System Administrator and three Project Managers ) for another Six months i.e. ,from 01.04.2023 to 30.09.2023 .
4. Government after careful examination of the matter , hereby permit the Managing Director , Andhra Pradesh state Disaster Management Authority , Kunchapalli , Guntur District for further continuation of Seven (7 ) Contract Employee's Period (GIS Expert - 1 , System Admin -1 , Communication & Documentation Officer - 1 , Project Managers - 3 , Capacity & Building Officer - 1 ) for further Six ( 6 ) months i.e. ,from 01-04-2023 to 30-09-2023 , subject to meeting the expenditure within the provision of BE 2023-24.
(PTO) 5. TheManaging Director , Andhra Pradesh state Disaster Management Authority shall take further necessary action in the matter .
6. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Dept. , vide their U.O.No. HROPDPP( OCE) /2 /2021 ,Dt:17.04.2023 ( Computer.No.1327206).
