ORDER :
In the Government orders 2nd read above , the Finance ( FMU -A - C -AHF , CS ) Department have issued Comprehensive Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs . 1,49,60,50,000/ - ( Rupees One hundred forty nine crore sixty lakh fifty thousand only) for the period from April 01 , 2023 to March 31 , 2024 i.e for the first , second , third and fourth quarters of the current financial year and instructed to ensure that the distribution of budget amongst the Subordinate Controlling Officers ( SCOs ) / Drawing and Disbursing Officers ( DDOs ) under the control of the department and the HOD office is duly allocated as per the amount authorized for the first , second, third and fourth quarters .
2. In pursuance of the orders issued in the G.O. 2nd read above , Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.1,49,60,50,000/ - (Rupees One hundred forty nine crore sixty lakh fifty thousand only ) , of which an amount of Rs.4,00,00,000 / - ( Four crores only) is distributed to Andhra Pradesh Centre for Advanced Research on Livestock Limited , Pulivendula , Rs. 1,27,50,00,000/- ( One hundred and twenty seven crore fifty lakh only) to Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University , Tirupathi , Rs . 18,00,00,000 / - ( Eighteen crores only) to the Andhra Pradesh Fisheries University , West Godavari District, and the remaining Rs 10,50,000/- (Ten lakh fifty thousand only) to the Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development & Fisheries Secretariat Department Economic Services , as annexed to this order.
3. The Drawing and Disbursing Officers concerned (Andhra Pradesh Center for Advanced Research on Livestock , Pulivendula , Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University , Tirupati & Andhra Pradesh Fisheries University, West Godavari District and Assistant Secretary to Government, Animal Husbandry , Dairy Development &

Fisheries Secretariat Department ) shall take necessary further action in the matter as per the instructions issued by the Finance Department in the G.O 2nd read above and also from time to time .
