ORDER:

In his references read above, the Chief Engineer, WRD, Kurnool has submittedproposal to accord administrative approval for the Stage-I estimate for "S&L operations for formation of Orvakal Reservoir near Sakunal village, Orvakal Village Mandal, Kurnool District" for an amount of Rs.199.00 lakhs. 2. After careful examination of the proposal, Government hereby accorded administrative approval for the Stage-I Estimate for "S&L Operations for formation of Orvakal Reservoir near Sakunal Village, Orvakal Village & Mandal, Kurnool District" for an amount of Rs. 1, 84, 50,000/- (Rupees One Crore Eighty four Lakhs and Fifty Thousand only) in relaxation of FRBM norms subject to condition that, the CE, Kurnool shall ensure the following before according technical sanction:

I) Shall ensure correctness of quantities, leads, rates/data proposed in the estimate.

II) Shall ensure that departmental staff is not available to conduct S&L operations work.

III) In the yard sticks (GO.MS.No.402, dt.8-10-1982), there is no provision for team leader. Therefore, the proposed data may be got approved by the competent authority.

3. The Chief Engineer (P), Kurnool shall take necessary further action accordingly.

4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FMU.WR.II) Department vide their U.O.No.FIN01-FMU0MRAS(WR2)/77/2021-FMU-WR-II (Computer No.1418621), dated:07.01.2023.
