In the reference cited, the Chief Engineer (Projects), Kadapa requested the Government to accord administrative approval for the work "Up gradation, Renovation and Protection of Chitravathi Balancing Reservoir near Parnapalli (V), Lingala (M) of YSR Kadapa District" for an amount of Rs.14.38 Crores.
1 The correctness of provisions, quantities, leads, data and rates proposed in the estimate.2 The design/drawings if any, may be approved by the competent authority
3. The expenditure shall be debited to the HoA "4700 Col on Major Irrigation-01 Major Irrigation (Commercial)–135 PBC -11 State Development Schemes -26 D&A Works – 530 Major Works-531 Major Works"
4. The Chief Engineer (P), Kadapa is therefore requested to take necessary further action accordingly.
5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FMU.WR.II) Department vide U.O.Note.No:FIN01-FMU0MRAS (WR2)/147/2022-FMU- WR-II. 1 (Computer No.1903635) dated: 23/02/2023.
