In the circumstances reported by the Chief Engineer (P), Ananthapuram in the references read above, after careful examination of the proposal, Government hereby accorded permission for approval of payment of Rs.6,21,24,633/- as recommended by the SLTC vide their Minutes dated:13.07.2022 towards Financial implications for additional spares replaced in the PS No.1 to PS No.8 during pumping due to emergency of "AVR HNSS Project- Phase-I-Mechanical Stage-II-".

2. The above expenditure is debitable to the HOA:4700 Col on Major Irrigation – 01 Major Irrigation (Commercial) – GH 11 State Development Schemes – MH 137 Handri Neeva Sujala Sravanthi – SH 26 D & A works/SH 27 C&D - 530 Major works/531 Major Works.

3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FMU.WR.II) Departmentvide their U.O.Note No.FIN01-FMU0MRAS(WR2)/113/2021-FMU-WR-II, (Computer No. 1488317), dated 28/11/2022 7:29 PM .
