From the Commissioner of Fisheries , A.P , Vijayawada , Lr No. 2321 / A1 / 2020-1 , dt : 11.04.2023 & 18.04.2023
ORDER :
In the circumstances explained by the Commissioner of Fisheries , Andhra Pradesh in his letter read above , Government after careful examination of the proposals hereby accord permission to Dr.S.Angeli , Joint Director of Fisheries ( Planning ) & Additional Director of Fisheries ( FAC ) O/ o the Commissioner of Fisheries , AP , Vijayawada to travel abroad i.e. , Geneva , Switzerland on private affairs , during the period w.e.f. 01.06.2023 to 23.06.2023 (23 days ) . She is also sanctioned Half Pay leave on private affairs for the above period , under A.P Leave Rules 1933 , subject to the following conditions that :
1 ) The expenditure for the purpose shall be borne by the individual ;
2 ) Failure to join duty immediately on the expiry of the period renders herself liable for disciplinary action ;
3 ) The individual should not take up any employment in Switzerland ; and anywhere in abroad during the period ;
4 ) The individual shall abide by FEMA ;
5) The individual shall furnish her local leave address before the competent authority and service of any notice to the leave address will be deemed as service in the Officer ;
6) The Officer shall make adequate arrangements to receive all official communications in her absence ; and
7) She should not accept any hospitality from anyone except close family members / relatives during this period .
2 . The Commissioner of Fisheries , Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly and make necessary entries in her Service Register .
