ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare , A.P , Vijayawada in the reference 2nd read above, Government after careful examination hereby ordered for Mutual transfer of Smt.V.Siva Kumari , Staff Nurse , Government Regional Eye Hospital , Kurnool , Kurnool District and Smt.D.Rama 2
Tulasi , Staff Nurse , Government Dental College & Hospital , Kadapa , YSR District vice- versa on medical grounds , in relaxation of ban on Transfers , subject to condition thatthe individuals are not eligible for T.T.A/ D.A and Joining Time .
2 . The Director of Public Health & Family Welfare , A.P, Vijayawada shall take further action in the matter accordingly.
3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance ( HR.I - Plg . & Policy ) Department vide their U.O.No.HROPDPP (TRPO )/85/ 2023 ( Computer No.2041233) , Dated . 21.04.2023.
