ORDER :
In the circumstances reported by the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare , A.P , Vijayawada in the reference 2nd read above , Government after careful examination hereby transfer Smt . P. Vijayamma , Head Nurse , Government General Hospital , Kadapa , YSR District and Smt.P.G.Aseervadamma , Head Nurse, SVRR Government General Hospital , Tirupati on mutual basis , on medical grounds in

relaxation of ban on Transfers , subject to condition that the individuals are not eligible for T.T.A/D.A and Joining Time.
2. The Director of Public Health & Family Welfare , A.P, Vijayawada shall take further action in the matter accordingly.
3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance ( HR.I - Plg . & Policy) Department vide their U.O.No. FIN01 - HR0PDPP ( TRPO )/ 104/2023 ( Computer No : 2058059) , Dated . 25.04.2023 .
