ORDER :
In the circumstances reported by the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare , A.P , Vijayawada in the reference 2nd read above , Government after careful examination hereby transfer Smt . Mundlapudi Uma Maheswari , Head Nurse , Government General Hospital , Kadapa , YSR District and Smt . K. Manotherascova , 2
Head Nurse , SVRR Government General Hospital , Tirupati vice- versa , on mutual basis , on medical grounds , in relaxation of ban on Transfers , subject to condition that the individuals are not eligible for T.T.A/ D.A and Joining Time.
2. The Director of Public Health & Family Welfare , A.P , Vijayawada shall take further action in the matter accordingly.
3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance ( HR.I - Plg . & Policy) Department vide their U.O.No.FIN01 - HR0PDPP ( TRPO ) /103/2023 ( Computer No : 2057982 ) , Dated.25.04.2023.
