Offices , ( ii ) Provisional Proposed allocation of Ministerial and other Non Gazetted categories from ( 52 ) non existing projects to ( 52 ) newly created projects - Orders - Issued .

ORDER :
In the reference 2nd read above , the Government has issued orders reorganizing existing ( 257 ) ICDS Projects , so that the entire project comes within the boundary of the new districts formed , to ensure ease of Administration , Monitoring and effective service delivery . Consequent to this , the number of projects in each Zone and Multi - Zone have changed .
2. Inthe reference 3rd read above , the Government has accepted the proposals for redistribution of posts in the cadre of Child Development Project Officer / Addl . Child Development Project Officer / Women and Child Welfare Officer and Manager , Regional WareHouse [ 1st level Gazetted ] .
3. Consequent to this , vide reference 4th read above the Director , Women Development and Child Welfare , Govt . , of Andhra Pradesh , has proposed for redistribution of ( i ) Supervisor Grade - I , Grade - II among the ( 257 ) ICDS Projects , DW & CW & EO & R.J.D. Offices ( ii ) Provisional Proposed allocation of Ministerial and other Non Gazetted categories from ( 52 ) non existing projects to ( 52 ) newly created projects has been done without disturbing their unit of appointment in particular class and category only for smooth administration and day to day coupe up in the projects .
4. Keeping in view of the above and after careful examination in the matter , Government hereby accept the proposals for redistribution of ( i ) Supervisor Grade- I , Grade - II among the ( 257 ) ICDS Projects , DW &CW & EO & R.J.D. Offices , ( ii ) Provisional Proposed allocation of Ministerial and other Non Gazetted categories from ( 52) non existing projects to ( 52 ) newly created projects has been done without disturbing their unit of appointment in particular class and category only for smooth administration and day to day coupe up in the projects as enclosed in the annexure .
5. The Director of Women Development and Child Welfare , Andhra Pradesh , is requested to circulate the Annexure to relating to Head Office , Regional Offices and District Offices and send the same to the DTA/ PAO concerned for allowing the bills .
6. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts / Pay and Accounts Officer concerned are requested to honour the bills as Annexure furnished by the Director ofWomen Development and Child Welfare , Andhra Pradesh , Guntur .
7. This order is issued with the concurrence of Finance Department vide U.O.Note.No.HROPDPP ( OCE ) / 51 / 2023 , Finance ( HR.I - Plg & Policy ) Dept. , dt.06-03- 2023 .
