3.G.O.Ms.No.389 , General Administration ( MC.I ) Department, Dt:06.07.2011 .
ORDER :
Government after careful examination of the proposal sent by the Director , Directorate of Economics & Statistics ( DE&S ) vide reference 1st read above , here by order the transfer and posting of Sri Ch . Suryanarayana, Assistant Statistical Officer, O/ o Tahsildar , Akividu Mandal , West Godavari District and Kum.K.Prasanthi , Assistant Statistical Officer O/o Tahsildar , Nandigam ( M ) , Srikakulam District from Zone - II to Zone - I vice versa respectively on Mutual basis , under Para 5 (2) ( d ) of Presidential Order , subject to condition that , they should take last rank next to the last regular candidate in the category, in the cadre to which transfer is effected, duly forgoing the seniority in the local cadre from which the transfer is sought .
2. Further , the individuals are not entitled to TA/DA and joining time etc. , as the transfer is allowed based on the request of the individuals .
3 The Director , Directorate of Economics & Statistics ( DE& S ) , Vijayawada shall take further necessary action .
4 This order issues with the concurrence of General Administration ( SPF -MC) Department, vide their U.O.No.GAD01 - SERVOSPF (ICCT)/34/2023- ESTT- III , Dt:13.04.2023 , which is the implementation and monitoring authority in all the cases of inter local cadre transfers , as per the instructions issued vide reference 2nd & 3rd read above.
