Under Rule 10(a) of Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, Sri M. Yogi Reddy, Deputy Secretary to Government (Non-Cadre), Finance Department is temporarily promoted as Joint Secretary to Government (Non-cadre) (Class-B Category 1(6) of A.P Secretariat Service Rules) on adhoc basis in the vacancies of higher cadre in Finance Department in the scale of pay of Rs.l12610 2890 - 121280 - 3100 - 130580 - 3320 (cid:19) 140540 (cid:19) 3610 (cid:19) 154980 - 3900 - 170580 4210 - 174790 with effect from the date of taking charge, subject to final outcome of court cases pending in the Hon'ble Courts, if any.
