Under Rule 10(a) of Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, Sri J. Sivaiah, Deputy Secretary to Government (Non-Cadre), Finance Department is temporarily promoted as Joint Secretary to Government (Non-cadre) (Class-B Category 1(b) of A.P Secretariat Service Rules) in Finance Department in the existing vacancy in the scale of pay of Rs.1 12610-2890-121280-3100-130580-3320-140540-3610-154980 3900-170580-42 1 0-174790 with effect from the date of taking charge, subject to final outcome of W.Ps/O.As in Hon'ble Courts pending, if any.
2. The following notification shall be published in A.P. Gazettee.
