Read the following: - E- Filebearing Computer No.1404091 / 2019 of the Director , Women Development and Child Welfare , Govt . of Andhra Pradesh .
ORDER: -
In the circumstances reported by the Director , Women Development and Child Welfare, Govt . of Andhra Pradesh in the reference read above and after careful examination of the proposal , Government hereby accord permission to the Director , Women Development and Child Welfare , Govt . of Andhra Pradesh to authorize the Managing Director , APDDCF Ltd. , to take steps to start distribution of UHT Milk in 500 ml pack at Rs.29.25 per 500 ml pack ( Rs.58.50 per litre ) + actual transportation + actual tax also through GCMMF , as per the requirement of the WCD Department and Government hereby accord permission for procurement of UHT milk in 500 ml pack from GCMMF at the prices detailed above for an initial period of 90 ( Ninety) days from the date of initiation of supplies . If the Government prefers this price , the same can be renewed for subsequent period .
2. The Director , Women Development and Child Welfare , Govt . of Andhra Pradesh shall take necessary action , accordingly , in the matter .
3. This order is issued with the concurrence of Finance Department vide Fin . U.Ο. No.FIN01 - FMU0PC ( WCDS ) / 25 / 2023 - FMU - WDCWLETFH Computer No.2048169 Date : 24/04/2023 .
