1 ) G.O.Ms.No. 776 , Food & Agriculture ( Fish.II ) Department , dated ; 31.12.1990 .
2 ) G.O.Rt.No.282 , AHDD & F ( Fish ) Dept. , dated ; 20.11.2019
3) From the Commissioner of Fisheries , A.P , Vijayawada , Lr.No: 743 / C/ 2022 , Dt : 20.06.2022 , 21.07.2022 & 29.08.2022 .
ORDER:
In his letter third read above , the Commissioner of Fisheries , A.P , Vijayawada , has requested the Government to consider and permit him to lease out of the fishery rights of the departmental tanks as per the proceedings laid down in G.O.Ms.No.776 , Food & Agriculture ( Fish - II ) Department , dated : 31-12-1990 for the next 3 Fasli years 1432 to 1434 ( i.e. from 01-07-2022 to 30-06-2025 ) duly enhancing the rental rates by 10 % over the previous year , except in the drought declared Mandals .
2. After careful examination of the proposal of the Commissioner of Fisheries , A.P. Vijayawada , Government hereby permit the Commissioner of Fisheries for Leasing out all the departmental tanks to the eligible genuine Fishermen Cooperative Societies in the State for 3 years period Fasil year 1432 to 1434 (i.e. from 01.07.2022 to 30.06.2025 ) by enhancing rental rates by 10 % per year for each year and as per the provisions laid down in the G.O.Ms. No.776 , Food & Agriculture Department , dated : 31.12.1990 , except the tanks in the pilot project , subject to the pronouncement of the Court judgement in the larger interests of the fishermen community .
( Ρ.Τ.Ο) 3. The Commissioner of Fisheries , A.P Vijayawada shall take necessary action accordingly .
