ORDER :
In the reference 1st read above , Government of India have approved the proposal of the Government of Andhra Pradesh for construction of 3 (Three ) Fish Landing Centres ( FLCs ) at Bheemili and Rajayyapeta in Visakhapatnam District and Chintapalli in Vizianagaram District at a total cost not exceeding of Rs.73,37,32,000 / - ( Rupees Seventy three crore thirty seven lakhs thirty two thousand only ) with Central Financial Assistance of Rs.44,02,39,000 / - ( Rupees Forty four crore two lakhs thirty nine thousand only ) under the Centrally Sponsored Scheme Component ( Non beneficiary oriented ) of the ' Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana ( PMMSY) : A scheme to bring about Blue Revolution through sustainable and responsible development of fisheries sector in India ' during the financial Year 2021-22 as detailed below and issued Administrative Approval accordingly : -

In the circumstances stated by the Commissioner of Fisheries , A.P , Vijayawada in the reference 5th read above , after careful examination of the proposal , Government hereby accord administrative approval to construct 3 (Three ) Fish Landing Centers ( FLCs ) at Bheemili in Visakhapatnam District , Rajayyapeta in Anakapalli District and Chintapalli in Vizianagaram District respectively at a total cost not exceeding of Rs.73,37,32,000 / - ( Rupees Seventy three crore thirty seven lakhs thirty two thousand only ) ( with central financial assistance of 60 % and State share 40 % of the project cost ) under the Centrally Sponsored Scheme Component ( Non beneficiary oriented ) of the ' Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana ( PMMSY) .
3. The Commissioner of Fisheries , A.P. Vijayawada , is directed to complete the projects within the approved cost of Rs.73.37 crore strictly as per the approved plans and specifications ensuring quality constructions and terms and conditions issued by the Government of India in the reference 1st read above .
