ORDER:
In the G.O.14th read above , orders have been issued for further continuation of the 175 Deputy Tahsildar posts for another period one year from 01.04.2022 to 31.03.2023 for attending continuous updation of Electoral Rolls and issue of EPICs at constituency Headquarters at MRO Offices in the State of Andhra Pradesh .
2. In the reference 16th read above , the General Administrative Department has sent the proposals stating that the 175 Deputy Tahsildars in the State of Andhra Pradesh have been working till today and Election work is now perennial and continuous updation work which is being attended by the Election Deputy Tahsildars for correction of name in the I.D card / Change of address or updation of Electoral rolls and other miscellaneous work and therefore , requested for continuation of ( 175) Deputy Tahsildar posts ( Elections ) in Andhra Pradesh State for further period upto 31.03.2024 in addition to processing of making (175) permanent Deputy Tahsildar posts ( Elections ) for each Assembly constituency in State of Andhra Pradesh .

Government after careful examination hereby , accords sanction for further continuation of the 175 Deputy Tahsildar posts (Elections ) for further period of one year from 01-04-2023 to 31-03-2024 , for attending continuous updation of Electoral Rolls and issue of EPICs at constituency Headquarters at MRO Offices in the State of Andhra Pradesh .
4. The GAD ( Elections ) Department shall ensure that the expenditure shall be shared by the Government of India and the State Government in the ratio of 50:50 and the GA ( Elections ) Department shall take the responsibility recovering past and current dues from Government of India.
5. The expenditure shall be debited to " 2015 Elections MH. 102 Electoral Officers- SH . (03 ) District Offices 010 Salaries " .
6. The General Administration ( Elections ) Department shall take further necessary action accordingly.
