Inthe references 2nd to 6th read above , Government have permitted the District Collectors ofAnantapuram, Chittoor , YSR Kadapa and SPSR Nellore Districts to take up temporary restoration of damaged infrastructure works under SDRF norms during Heavy rains /Floods, November, 2021 .

2. Inthe reference 7th read above , the Finance Department has issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.104,55,54,000/- ( Rupees One hundred four crore fifty five lakh fifty four thousand only ) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y2023-24 towards temporary restoration of works sanctioned under various departments .
3. Afterconsideration , Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.104,55,54,000/- ( Rupees One hundred four crore fifty five lakh fifty four thousand only) to the District Collectors of Anantapuram , Chittoor , YSR Kadapa and SPSR Nellore Districts towards temporary restoration of damaged infrastructure during Heavy rains / Floods , November, 2021 .
4. The amount sanctioned at para ( 3 ) above is distributed to the District Collectors of Anantapuram , Chittoor, YSR Kadapa and SPSR Nellore Districts under the following
