ORDER: -
In the circumstances stated by the Director of Animal Husbandry , Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada in the reference read above , Government after careful examination of the matter hereby sanction Earned Leaves for ( 22) days i.e. , from 07.05.2023 to 28.05.2023 ( BDI ) on private affairs to Smt . K. Rajeswari , Junior veterinary Officer working on deputation at O/ o Executive Officer , DLDA , Ongole , Prakasam District to visit South Korea on tourist Visa and also permit the individual to leave the country during the above said leave period , subject to following conditions: -
a) The expenditure for the purpose shall be borne by the individual .
b) Failure to join duty immediately on the expiry of the period renders herself liable for disciplinary action ;
c) The individual should not take up any employment in the South Korea ; and anywhere in abroad during her tour period;
d) The individual shall abide by FEMA ;
e ) The individual shall furnish her local leave address before the competent authority and service of any notice to the leave address will be deemed as service on the Officer ; and
f ) The officer shall make adequate arrangements to receive all official communications in her absence .
2. The Director , Animal Husbandry , Vijayawada shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly , and make necessary entries in the Service Register of the individual .
