NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Andhra Pradesh Municipal Laws (Second Amendment) Act, 2023 (Act No.11 of 2023), the Sections 2(1) and 3(1) shall be deemed to come into force with effect from 7th September, 2007 and;
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Andhra Pradesh Municipal Laws (Second Amendment) Act, 2023 (Act No.11 of 2023), the Government hereby appoints the 10th day of May, 2023, as the date on which the remaining clauses of this Act shall come into force.
