FINAL NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by the subsection (1) of section 11 of Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act 1971 (Act No.26 of 1971), the Government hereby proposed to amend "The Andhra Pradesh Record of Rights (Certificate of Ownership for Gramakantam Land) Rules. 2022 and here by published for the general information in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette as required under sub section- (1) of Section 11 of the said Act
[1]2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [Part-I AMENDMENTS In the said rules,-
1 In rule 2, in sub-rule (1), clause (5) shall be omitted.
2 In rule 5, in sub-rule (1), in clauses (i), (ii), (iii) and (iv), for the expression "Dy.Tahsildar (Resurvey)", the expression "Tahsildar" shall be substituted.
3. In rule 11, in sub-rule (1), in clause(a),for the expression "Dy.Tahsildar (Resurvey)", the expression "Tahsildar" shall be substituted.
4. In rule 15, in sub-rule (1), for the expression "Dy.Tahsildar (Resurvey)", the expression "Tahsildar" shall be substituted.
