ORDER : -
In the circumstances reported by the Director of Animal Husbandry , A.P. , Vijayawada in the letter read above , Government after careful examination , hereby accord permission to Dr. T. Srinivasa Rao , Assistant Director (AH ) , Area Veterinary Hospital , Tadikonda , Guntur District to visit USA on private affairs during the period 16.05.2023 to 30.06.2023 by availing Earned Leave ; subject to the following conditions: -
( i) that the expenditure for the purpose will be borne by the individual himself/ herself.
(ii) that no extension of No Objection Certificate shall be granted under any circumstances .
(iii ) that he/ she should not undertake any assignment / job abroad during the period of his / her visit .
(iv) that failure to join duty immediately on the expiry of the leave period renders he/ she is liable for disciplinary action . If he / she does not return within the time , he /she shall be removed from service.
(v) that he/she should furnish his /her local leave address . Further serving of any notice to the leave address will be deemed as served on the officer. The officer will make adequate arrangements in his /her absence to authorize an appropriate person at the leave address to receive all letters and make arrangements to have these communicated to him /her through any channel of communication.
(vi ) He/ She should not accept any hospitality from anyone except close family members / relatives during this period .
(Ρ.Τ.Ο. ) 2. The Director of Animal Husbandry, Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada shall take necessary action accordingly and make necessary entries in the Service Register of the individual .
