OBJECTIONS CALLED FOR THE A.P. STATE ELECTION COMMISSION REGISTRATION OF POLITICAL PARTIES - REGISTRATION OF 'REFORMS PARTY OF INDIA'.
NOTICE
39/SEC-L/2024: Notice is, hereby, given to the general public that Sri Shaik Hussain, President, intends to register a political party without reserved symbol with the Andhra Pradesh State Election Commission under the name and style of REFORMS PARTY OF INDIA under the Registration of Political Parties and Allotment of Symbols Order, 2001. The main office bearers of the Party are:
(1) Sri Shaik Hussain, President; (2) Smt Erugula Gayatri, General Secretary; and (3) Sri Badru Juvakhan, Treasurer. Objections, if any, for such registration from the general public, shall be sent to the Principal Secretary, Andhra Pradesh State Election Commission, 1st Floor, New HODs Building, Opp: Indira Gandhi Municipal Stadium, M.G. Road, Vijayawada – 520 010, Andhra Pradesh, within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. If no objections are received within the time stipulated, the Commission will process to register REFORMS PARTY OF INDIA as a political party to contest in elections to Local Bodies (Sthanika Samsthalu) held on party basis in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
